Short version: we use your info to answer your estimate request, and that's it.
What we collect
When you submit the estimate form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, city and project details. Our form provider and web host may also log basic technical data, like IP address and browser type, for security and spam prevention.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and quote your project, and communicate with you about work we're doing for you. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Third parties
Form submissions are processed by a third-party form service TODO: name the provider, e.g. Formspree. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may embed videos from services like YouTube or Vimeo, which may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Some testimonial links open in Google Photos.
Retention
We keep estimate requests and project records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
Your choices
To ask us to update or delete your information, send a request through our contact form and mention "privacy request."
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
